Single Customer View can be defined as an integrated and effectively managed view of its customers which has been compiled from all customer touch points and product purchases. It enables a bank or a financial institution to understand its customers better which will enable them to provide service more effectively. Intense Competition and other drivers (both internal & external) are responsible for bringing the concept of a Single View of the Customer to the forefront.
