PBX to provide onsite emergency call notification
Development of an interface
to update the PSAP ALI database with up-to-date
information about the caller’s location

Designing
and implementing the mechanism to track the
location information change in the enterprise
and update appropriate Public Safety Answering
Point (PSAP) according to NENA2.0 standard
specified by National Emergency Number Association
(NENA)
Implementing licensing
mechanism and Caller’s Emergency Service
ID (CESID) Management based on the procured
license
Onsite notification of
emergency calls to the security personnel
and escalation of calls through various mechanisms
like pager, mobile and others
Developing and maintaining
a detailed logging mechanism for all the transactions
for litigation purpose
Reports generation in XML/XSL
format
Authentication mechanism
to allow only the authorized users to access
the system. Different levels of privileges
were defined and developed. For instance only
users with the highest privilege can update
PSAP
Backup and restore facilities
of local database is implemented
