Wipro employed
the following methodology to resolve the reconciliation
challenge faced by the client.

Wipro put the above mentioned framework in place
by design and implementation of an interconnect
module that was integrated with the billing system.
This system helped the client in importing the
PTT invoices and identifying discrepancies with
its own invoices. Wipro’s solution also
helped in generating MIS reports that would highlight
these discrepancies so that necessary action can
be taken at the earliest.
In addition to this automated solution, Wipro
also provided the client with a comprehensive
analysis of the discrepancies; it helped the client
identify root causes for the discrepancies and
hence take corrective actions wherever possible.
The Wipro team was also responsible for tracking
and resolving the disputes related to the client’s
interconnect reconciliation.
