The client has large networks stretching across different Scandinavian countries supporting a number of services. These services use different technologies and it was necessary to evolve a system for managing these different technologies.

The Benefits
Our solution catered to complete inventory management from physical, logical and outside plant perspective. The solution interacts with multiple element management systems to take care of automated activation. It can publish work orders, send them to workforce management systems and track manual tasks.
