Consulting services
We appreciate that revenue assurance measures need to address operational processes as much as the underlying systems that enable these operations. As part of the consulting engagement we would study the various revenue impacting processes and systems in detail to identify the problem areas. At the end of the study, we would assess the magnitude of the problem, analyze the root causes and recommend measures for fixing the identified leaks.

Quick-fix solutions
Today most CSPs recognize that revenue assurance is key to sustaining operational costs and efficiencies, while maximizing revenues. But the challenge most of them face is in implementing a solution that can address their needs with as little investment as possible. Also, most revenue assurance implementations inherently result in change – both in systems and in processes – that is typically met with resistance across the organization. We feel that great value can be brought to the CSP organization by identifying the immediate areas of concern and analyzing quick and efficient ways of addressing the same with minimal impact on existing systems and processes. These quick fix solutions may be in the areas of:
Development and implementation of adaptors between the various systems
Analysis of data integrity issues
Base data cleanup
Development and implementation of reconciliation reports
Development and implementation of tools like suspense/exception management that would enable the RA activities

While these quick fix solutions would not solve all of the RA problems, it would focus on the areas that are contributing to the maximum leakage and would result in a quick ROI.

One of the key challenges that most CSPs face is to sustain the RA activities without taking away focus from the core functions of the organization. Even in organizations that have RA tools/products implemented, there is still some manual intervention required to manage the RA activities.
