Wipro runs a single-shift operation onsite,
to monitor and support servers, network &
firewall. We have documented and established a
well-defined process as per ISO standards to perform
the monitoring and support activities for the
servers & network performance. MIS reports
are generated on a monthly basis.
Wipro has conducted a Network audit, Security
Audit & Disaster Recovery audits for the Parliament,
which has helped in isolating the bottlenecks
of the network & tightening the vulnerabilities
of the server systems, network & firewall.
Wipro has implemented several tools for monitoring
the servers, network & firewall performance
and management. We have suggested best practices
in the each service delivery area. These are currently
being implemented by the Parliament.
