The client is one of the largest finance company in US. The client wants to outsource his Helpdesk operation, application support , database support and data backup operation. For this Wipro was chosen as a preferred vendor. To move his mission critical operations from onsite to offshore customer was in need of a robust network infrastructure.

Challenge

The Client faced significant challenges to setup network infrastructure. A major requirement of the Client was to consider following parameters while designing his network.

	Network has to be redundant with no single point of failure.
	Monitoring and troubleshooting from remote place has to be designed.
	Design has to abide by customer’s security architecture.
	Infrastructure should be ready to take voice and data.

As customer was outsourcing helpdesk and other critical operations, voice quality and network uptime was of prime importance to him.
