The client is a leader in delivering collaborative product lifecycle management solutions.

The client wanted robust and cost effective testing support for its four key products which would adhere to stringent quality standards and meet aggressive delivery schedules. The projects required developing elaborate test plans for the new features introduced in these products and provide a means by which the client could track their status and get online data. The acquisition of necessary knowledge was a key challenge since there was limited information available through user manuals & requirement documents.

The quality assurance activity for all the four products was executed by Wipro. The testing activity defined as per the pre-defined system and feature test plans involved the full cycle of regression testing of each of the products. A robust online tracking system was also developed by means of which daily status reports to the customer were delivered in a standard template.
