has to be imported into an in-use CAD application
from other CAD application. While CAD data interoperability
is still being worked on by major CAD software

CAD Data Conversion:
Creation of 3D models or drawings from paper drawings
in a target CAD application. This process is used
in the absence of CAD data in digital format.
