The project aimed at changing how work got done
through the consistent use of repeatable, common
processes and sharing of common, company-wide
information. It promoted the "One-company"
concept and supported process reliability goals.
The objectives were archived by implementing and
reinforcing standard practices; installing an
integrated common online application; and creating
an on-going process support organization and centralized
administration.
The client has seen an increase in availability
and quality of information for management decision-making.
There is an increased focus on managing by business
processes rather than by functionality.
