OSH had one existing office located in Shanghai. OCM wanted to open 3 new main sales and distribution offices at Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou to address the growing Chinese market. The operating opening time of OCM was decided. The accounting system, which is one of the key systems for OCM, needed to be built in four months. The solution needed to go live simultaneously across multiple locations and businesses in an aggressive time schedule. The time line was critical since three of the four companies would commence business operations on the Go Live date.
