Wipro Spectramind established workflows for these business processes and image enabled them by means of a Workflow and Image (WFI) system. Through the WFI system, Wipro Spectramind receives the scanned and digitalized images of all insurance documents submitted to the client. Adhering to the client’s customer confidentiality regulations, and interacting with agents, medical staff, Wipro Spectramind evaluates the risk to take decisions for a face value of 0.5 million USD and generate the policy. The process also has an outbound calling function to obtain clarifications on applications during the underwriting process.
