The client is Sweden's largest network service provider for telephony, internet and broadband services.

The project required streamlining the entire sales ordering process for the client through a fully integrated system with various independent ordering and billing systems. The client wanted a core system which would serve as a master repository for all the customer and products data.

The team from Wipro developed the process of creating pre-configured products, which drastically simplified the sales order entry process. Extensive scripting was done to incorporate a lot of business functionalities like creation of new workflow objects for business process automation, migration of data from development to production, and providing a testing & training environment.
