Our client is the world's leading provider of digital imaging products and technology for home and office. Its supply chain supports the procurement of Ink Jet and Laser Jet along with shipment, delivery and availability of products for customers worldwide.

The client wanted to upgrade and customize the newly acquired informatica analytical application product to its unique business requirements. The project required working with multiple users at locations spread across the globe, understanding their diversified requirements, complete knowledge acquisition of the processes applications and then implementing the customized solutions for the business requirements.

Team Wipro carried out the development, enhancement and maintenance of informatica applications and reports based on the requirement specification and priority set by the client. The existing data warehousing application and the e-procurement datamart were upgraded and customized to incorporate the changes made as a result of the introduction of the new application.
