The client desired to expand its e-commerce efforts by integrating its existing Oracle ERP system with its key account customer. The project required integrating the internal systems of the client and all its partners to enable a seamless information flow for the procurement process.

To meet the integration challenge, Wipro proposed an architecture using webMethods B2Bi solution. This provided a scalable solution as access to multiple client partners and enterprises was made possible, which helped the client in meeting the future expected demand from its customers. The ordering process was also made simple with less manual intervention and simplified credit management system.
