Wipro used Lotus Notes
and coded applications to handle New Business and Renewals
quotes separately. These applications automatically
send emails to the Sales Rep or the Underwriter based
on the current Workflow Status of the Quote.
When the Underwriters or Sales Representative fail
to respond to the quote, reminder emails are sent to
the concerned person.
An Underwriter can type in text or append any picture
and this gets delivered to the Sales Representative
for any amendments to the denied quote. The system emails
a link to the document in which all calculation and
comments are stored.
Wipro also delivered a quote queue inventory tracker
and dashboard application for tracking. |
