Wipro provided the client with an end to end
solution for the new website. This website is
being developed using OpenMarket as the content
management tool. OpenMarket enables the customer
to manage content very effectively and easily.
Following are the building blocks of the system:
- Content Server is the base product-all the
other OpenMarket products depend on it. Using
Content Server, we can write XML and Java code
to manage large Web sites.
- Content Centre runs on top of Content Server,
using all of Content Server's features plus
an additional layer that extends content management
features.
- Personalization Center gathers information
about users. This is useful for conveying any
message to fit the individual, changing needs
of customers.
