application integration, 24*7 sustenance and helpdesk
support, security implementation and enterprise
management through tight program management methodologies.
We worked cohesively within the framework of stringent
government policies and in coordination with the
other government agencies involving high coordination
with cross functional teams within Wipro. We assisted
government officials in the change management process
internally at the respective locations and in the
disaster recovery management. The project involved
huge transaction data handling, extensive risk management
and mitigation planning. The implementation of the
Electronic Commerce Gateway enabled the trading
community to file their import/export declarations
at any point of time and through any interface technically
available as on date from any corner of India or
the Internet.
