The client provides research on financial markets
to clients for trading, investments and asset
management. This research was stored in an application
on a client server platform. The application in
Europe was fully automated and in other locations
it was not completely automated.
The main drawbacks of the existing application were:

Thus the existing system was unable to meet the
business need of the client.
The solution required was a web-based application
that will provide the next generation publishing
capabilities. There was a need to develop a web
front end for remote access and remote approvals
for editorial and compliance teams.
