solution in the form of E-CIS (Electronic Client
Investment Services).

services over the Web for its middle market customers
and to elevate the customer service personnel
to do more qualitative interactions with customers

platform wherein the bank's clients can access
relevant news (via links to internal systems)
and market benchmarks (NASDAQ, DJIA) through
existing internal market data service such
as the Global Markets Group (GMG).
The
architectural solution provides flexibility
to use off-the-shelf tools for content management
and personalization in the future.
