import through File Transfer Protocol (FTP),
transformation into XML format and upload
into the consolidator database |

Invoice Workflow: The invoice
can be received by a buyer-user (designated
owner) who can validate (accept /reject) the
invoice or forward the same to another profiled
user for processing. On final validation,
the invoice is prepared for payment. |
