The client is the world's leading emerging markets bank employing 30,000 people in over 600 offices across 56 countries primarily in Asia, the sub-continent, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

Challenge

The client wanted to thrust on its capabilities in personal banking and credit business (loans and cards). To foray deeper into the business, the client required data warehousing and business intelligence solutions to be implemented effectively and quickly.

Solution

Wipro developed a complete Data warehousing for the client with following features:

	Central customer information file (CIF) and transactions reside in a mainframe- Hogan system system at head office.
	Geography specific business applications and data reside in separate systems as desired by the client - RLS (retail loans), FAS (Finance against shares), BOSS (Back Office System), MSAGL (General Ledger).
