The client aimed at attaining the operational excellence across the global supply chain. For realizing its business vision client set the following objectives:

	Integrate & simplify complex logistics operations globally (including order fulfillment, transportation, storage and distribution) for shorter process cycle time i.e. Operational Efficiency
	Track Capacity management and lower overall costs.
	Improved Customer Satisfaction

During the knowledge acquisition phase Wipro gained the understanding about the client's business challenges. Based on this knowledge gain we prepared the business case for Data warehousing (DWH) suited to the client's needs. We then charted a roadmap for DWH architecture and implementation and also recommended the tools for DWH architecture. In addition to these we also designed and implemented the ODS and Data Mart for Transportation Subject Area for the client.
