Migration Experts Team:
The migration expert’s team evaluates the migration needs and suggests an appropriate migration approach. The team will comprise of business and technical experts who will evaluate a migration requests from different perspectives and provide a suitable recommendation. Experts team work closely with project data bank, analysts and implementation team on an ongoing basis to prepare the best practice and approach.

Migration Implementation Team:
After an approval for implementation has been received, the migration expert’s team will delegate the implementation to implementation team(s). The implementation team, comprising of project manager, designers, developers, and testers, will perform the migration using the standard migration methodology as outlined. At the end of migration, best practices and learnings are recorded on project bank.
