Wipro provided a solution around the application footprint of i2 Factory Planner. Wipro optimized the i2 Factory Planner model for performance by trimming down the unnecessary data and flags and also by tuning the interface programs which extract and upload data from Oracle to i2. In addition to these services we also monitored jobs ensuring availability of the FP application, cleaned up the data in the FP server and archived relevant data.

Wipro put in place a SLA where the support calls were classified under different levels of severity and on that basis service levels were mutually agreed upon. Wipro also worked with the client to finalize a process to handle and resolve the support calls.
