In order to maintain and support your existing applications optimally, we provide Oracle Applications outsourcing service; an integrated set of support services for Oracle Applications that rests on our proven Global Delivery Model (GDM) framework and support assessment. We provide level 1 to 4 Applications Support across multiple geographies backed with our proprietary “Lifeline” methodology, a structured framework for applications support. We provide you a comprehensive range of value added services enabling your organization to continually improve core business processes while leveraging your existing Oracle solutions.

An indicative list of services that we offers as a part of Oracle Applications support are :
Centralized IT shared services: In large global rollouts of Oracle Applications, it is imperative to establish control on the processes and standards while at the same time centralize infrastructure and support. We have helped large corporations to move to a centralized IT Shared Services model to effectively manage rollouts and associated complexities including change management (process, configuration, environment etc) and implementation of standards. We have also helped these corporations to define an optimum central support organization and thereafter assisted in seamless transition from the rollout teams. We also support such rollouts on a 24x7 basis across multiple geographies and languages.
Reducing TCO: We ensure that your applications not only support your organization’s current business goals, but are optimized to support the growing business needs without performance deterioration, thus allowing you to invest your efforts to focus on core business. We assure a cost savings of 30% to 40% and a year-on-year improvement of 10 to 15% in productivity with SLA compliance of around 99%.
Pay per use Oracle Applications support services: We also provide production support for Oracle Applications for installations requiring small teams on a “Pay per Use” basis.
Application enablement and database management services: We help you with your implementations and other development initiatives around Oracle Applications through an advanced set of database management services including defining instance strategies, making available development and test environments, configuration management and migration, backup and recovery, performance management and regular database administration services.
