We also undertake Oracle Application migration services (from JD Edwards, PeopleSoft & other legacy systems) and have the readiness on the SOA framework based on Fusion Middleware.

Management of end-to-end implementation: We manage end-to-end implementation programs for Oracle Financials, SCM, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Business Intelligence, CRM Suite, Enterprise Asset Management Suite, HRMS Suite, Oracle Projects, etc. We manages program with a complete sense of ownership and establish clear plan, project guidelines, execution approach, implementation roadmaps and governance structure for the program. Custom developed tools and accelerators: To help you undertake an implementation faster, we have preconfigured instances supported with complete template, checklists, accelerators and industry specific point solutions. Our pre-configured instances for vanilla implementation have helped us in execution within 3 to 5 months based on our Accelerated –EAPM framework. Our team of consultants are constantly supported by our in house Oracle Applications Centre of Excellence that undertakes competency development and knowledge management, and act as a solution helpdesk. Tools developed by our COE like ICON, UWiz, Global Interface Engine, Antara, Setup Migrator, XL Plus and other ready to use configuration templates, accelerate solution deployment with improved results.
Enhancement and extension of oracle applications: Our consultants use industry-wide best practices in finding a solution fitment in Oracle Applications for your business needs, however if there is a requirement which calls for custom development, we leverage global delivery model to deliver custom extensions to Oracle Applications.
Extensive planning: Our consultants manage the rollout program with detailed planning and roadmaps for all releases. This includes managing dependencies across releases along with handling technology stacks, databases and infrastructure to match the rollout needs. To facilitate a smooth roll-out we facilitate and drive change management with various user groups across all rollout organization/ geographies. Transition management: Following the rollout, our consultants can also help in formulating strategies for transition to shared support model and manage shared service support model.
