Abstract
The secret of enhancing profitability has today gone beyond mere product innovation. Process innovation’s now hold the key to increasing profitability. Processes need to be continually improved and better coordinated so that revenue flows can be improved through shorter production cycles and shorter revenue cycles. Complex chains of activities that are critically dependent on information and information-based decisions can be easily upgraded with the help of workflow solutions.
