Abstract
Devising an effective distribution strategy holds the
key to success in industrial gas production. An optimal
distribution resource planning (DRP) which will add
value to the organization is the key differentiator
in this industry.
This white paper tries to highlight the key supply
chain drivers for an industrial gas supply chain. It
gives an overview of the business drivers and key challenges
which planners face in unraveling this distribution
maze. It also defines a supply chain framework for achieving
supply chain excellence and increasing stakeholder value.
