Abstract
Single Customer View can be defined as an integrated
and effectively managed view of its customers which
has been compiled from all customer touch points and
product purchases. It enables a bank or a financial
institution to understand its customers better which
will enable them to provide service more effectively.
Intense Competition and other drivers (both internal
& external) are responsible for bringing the concept
of a Single View of the Customer to the forefront.
This white paper tries to analyze
the various challenges confronting banks while implementing
a Single Customer View Solution. It provides a step
by step approach that banks & FIs need to adopt
in implementing a Single Customer View Solution.
