Abstract
Today, most communication service providers, as they
face the challenge of increasing their profitability,
recognize that reducing the operating expenditures can
have a big impact on the bottomline. This calls for
stringent measures to improve the operational efficiencies
by increasing productivity and reducing revenue leakage.
This implies that a majority of these service providers
are looking inward at making their systems and processes
as efficient as possible, and ensuring that revenue
leakages are plugged at their source.
This white paper describes how a service provider
can approach revenue assurance and the imperatives to
deal with in a revenue assurance program. It also provides
a methodology for measuring the success of a revenue
assurance exercise.
