Abstract
Various structuring options are available for organizations
looking at implementing SAP Business Information Warehouse
solution as a part of their enterprise-wide R3 implementation
initiative. This white paper discusses the concept of
“Program” as distinct from a “Project”
to reflect multiple project implementations within an
umbrella initiative. Various implementation approaches
based on multiple structuring dimensions are discussed
along with various structuring options that can be explored
by organizations looking at implementing a Business
Intelligence framework.
