Abstract
There is wide scope for using OSS as a tool by the top
management of the telecom service providers to get a
holistic view of the company’s investments as
well as revenue generation. This white paper suggests
OSS to be used as a tool to arrive at the opportunities
for increasing revenues and reducing costs by exploiting
the un-utilized resources and improving operational
& organizational efficiency.
