Abstract
Reverse Logistics play a key role as retail organizations
tend to look at their reverse supply chains more closely
to enhance customer satisfaction, cost/time efficiencies
and supplier performance. This white paper covers the
key elements of a Supply chain intelligence Framework
focusing on Reverse Logistics. It then goes on to give
a sample representation of the metrics, role-based business
questions and reports that are required to analyze the
reverse supply chain for most organizations, and especially
for the retail sector.
