Abstract
The disparity between the network resources in use and
the network systems actual record creates considerable
loss of money and wastage of network infrastructure
for Telecom Service Providers (TSPs). This white paper
explores a solution framework by which Telecom Service
Providers could increase return on their existing investments
by optimizing the use of critical network resources
and reusing the existing infrastructure to launch new
services. This in turn can improve customer satisfaction.
