Abstract
With the business environment becoming highly competitive,
enterprises are looking at managing their resources
in a better way as to get the maximum output. In most
of the organizations printers are the most shared resource.
If the whole process of printing is organized, organizations
can save a lot of money - both in terms of operating
cost and in terms of the inventory cost – and
time. However, for the printing process to be smooth
and cost effective, there has to be a proper design
for the print workflow.
