Abstract
The number of mission critical operations in business
worldwide has risen over time and so has the need to
manage them. This white paper is an effort, to do stocktaking
on the NSM so far and identify the direction the NSM
applications should take from a practitioner’s
view, taking into account what the customer is likely
to expect.
