Abstract
Customer self service is a compelling strategy to increase
the speed and effectiveness of after sales maintenance
and repair services. When implemented the right way,
such solutions could yield significant savings in the
form of reduced cost of service and improved productivity.
Customer self service systems need to be customized
to each company’s business model and as such there
is a lack of mature solutions in the market.
This white paper describes the key drivers and critical
success factors for such systems and presents Wipro’s
