the concept of fine-tuning their use of Rational ClearCase
to achieve specific team or project goals. This white
paper emphasizes on process and policy management through
ClearCase Metadata Tools.
The Metadata tools discussed and elucidated in this
paper such as labels, attributes, triggers, hyperlinks
and locks, assist managers in configuring ClearCase
to monitor and automate processes, allowing different
locations to implement their own site-specific workflow
policies.
