Abstract
The coming of the digital era has created opportunities
for offering personalized services to customers, accessing
content from every desktop, and delivering across a
wide range of media. Globally distributed operations
along with the challenges of context specific delivery
call for new solutions that provide flexibility and
agility to the business processes. Workflow frameworks
hold the key to taking this avalanche of digitalization
to the zenith.
This paper looks into the details of digital asset
management and how workflow solutions hold the key to
process improvement in this emerging space.
