The client has invested in several
web-oriented systems to serve multiple user communities
that it conducts business with. The client has deployed
web-based applications that utilize multiple user interfaces,
are hosted at a variety of locations, and utilize different
application architectures and infrastructures. From
an end-user’s perspective, this uneven experience
is confusing and makes locating and using the multiple
web sites difficult.
