and emerging technology, the organization lacked
the competency to standardize and evangelize BPM
through EAE. With various business units moving
ahead with their stand-alone BPM projects, the lack
of a common BPM methodology and enterprise-framework
became quite obvious.
Wipro was invited to partner with EAE in this
complex and involving task of defining an enterprise-wide
BPM framework. The Wipro team, worked with client
management to evolve an enterprise-wide BPM Framework
based on Staffware Process Suite. This extended
to defining a process for the development and
deployment of the Business Processes on Staffware
based BPM platform, including the customization
of the Web Interfaces, defining and implementing
the usage guidelines for the BPM framework. |
