With Information Technology no longer being an Enabler but a Competency, performance of a mission critical application often influences the revenues of a company. An assessment was conducted by a team of two consultants over a period of 6 weeks. The team classified the problems based on severity and documented them. They were also involved in present recommendations and preparing a detailed assessment report.

Based on the recommendations provided by the Wipro team, the company was able to implement some immediate suggestions and reap the long hanging fruit. A detailed plan was also drawn out to address the shortcoming in the long term.
