ITB Prevention - Prevention is better than Cure. This demonstration Manuel E. Valle, DC, CCSP and ART from the Bay Area Sports Chiros and his assistant from the San Francisco marathon staff, will show you how prevent ITB or Iliotibial Band Syndrome, which is a common running injury. Three simple maneuvers before a run does all the magic. This video also will help you reduce the irritation caused by ITB through proper stretching with a foam roll and an easy to do strengthening exercise!
