Established in 1987 in Saudi Arabia, KOJ is a leading retailer in the Middle East, managing four branded retail concepts. KOJ has a broad retail vision in the region and is currently operating over 350 stores in the key GCC markets. Two of KOJ’s own retail brands are Mikyajy and Nayomi. KOJ has commissioned the implementation of a complete new set of IT systems from Enabler Wipro, an international IT and business services company.
KOJ wanted a scalable, Multinational, Retail centric system that will enable it to expand outside its current territories and meet an ambitious plan to open a new store every day.
The implementation will involve several Oracle Retail and Oracle EBusiness Suite modules. These will be introduced in phases to ensure that benefits are delivered early and that business risks are minimised.
