opportunities for improvement. The team designed a customized
development process model that facilitated greater predictability
and consistency in project execution. The metrics collection
and analysis process was also defined thereby establishing
a mechanism for setting improvement targets. Project
management & engineering activities were integrated
into a standard quality framework.
The Wipro team recommended QA tools and did a usage
analysis of existing tools to help enhance QA execution
efficiency and maximize reliability. Opportunities for
enhancement were identified and clear guidelines were
