Marc Jacobson joined Wipro in October of 2004 bringing with him over five years of technology industry experience. He has focused on several consulting projects that have supported technology vendors in efforts to document and illustrate product value. Prior to accepting his current role with Wipro, Marc spent over four years advising clients in the Information and Communications Technology sector with industry analyst firm Ovum.

Marc has done research, written and edited a host of white papers on Microsoft technologies including Service Pack 2 for Windows XP Professional, the Business Desktop Deployment (BDD) tool and the business value of Windows 95/98 to Windows XP OS migrations for mid-market companies.
