PCC has expertise in supporting core enterprise application products like EPABX , Messaging, Self Service (IVR) and contact center applications. Similarly PCC has expertise in supporting class 5 switches and its applications. PCC provides customised support services like 24*7 support, geo based support, follows the Sun model. PCC is also flexible while providing measurement metrics for various products. PCC builds the relationship with customers to ensure that we have greater CSAT ratings.
