SLA-based Product Engineering - Telecom
SLA based Product Engineering is a solution where client wants to minimize management overhead from his organization to develop the product based on the needs of the markets. These are typically the products which are rapidly evolving based on the changes in the end customers need and market conditions. Client wanted to focus on defining the product requirements, however did not want to involve into the day to day operational issues for product development. The customer also shifted focus towards the expected quality of the product and timelines for the release of the product without getting involved into the development process.
This solution helped customer to reduce Total Cost of Ownership by reducing project overheads, increasing productivity and increasing flexibility. As Wipro took complete ownership of operations, the customer will be able to release key resources for new initiatives.
