"Growth Strategies for 2012 and Beyond", a research by Wipro in association with Forbes Insights, analyzes changing growth strategies through an exclusive survey of more than 300 CEOs and other C-level executives at global enterprises.

The survey focused on three key areas: strategic innovation, sustainable development and emerging markets. Strategic innovation is fast becoming the principal growth engine: an overwhelming number of top-level executives affirmed the criticality of innovative products, services and business practices. They also indicated that investments in 'green initiatives' would continue as they believe that there is a strong business case for sustainability. While emerging economies have become the obvious investment hotspots, the top brass continues to reflect on the rationale and challenges of venturing into new geographies.
